There was a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.
Just after a marvelous dinner with my family and just as I had finished washing the last dish, my phone rang and Jerusha called me to let me know that the contractions she has been feeling for weeks and weeks were now feeling much more real and she thought the babies had decided this was going to be their day. Now they were considered term
and ready to come meet their family face to face.
A few hours later we welcomed Owen and Chamille. They came out as a big bundle of joy.
Pink, happy little babies, ready for a late Thanksgiving dinner.
Happy birthday Owen and Chamille. Congratulations Jerusha, Jamie. Josephine and Smokey the dog. And congratulations Aunties and uncle, grandmas and grandpas that were all helping to "special" Jerusha to create the environment to help keep Jerusha happy and sane during her hard work of carrying twins.
